Questions
- What counts towards my storage?
- Your original photos, plus the smaller copies we make so galleries load quickly. Photos and galleries you delete keep counting until they’re permanently deleted, 30 days later.
- What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
- Your galleries stay online and guests keep their access. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the billing period, then your studio moves to the Free plan. If you’re using more storage than your new plan includes, new uploads pause until you delete galleries or choose a larger plan. Nothing is deleted automatically.
- Is gallerypics a backup?
- No. We deliver your photos to your couples and their guests, and we keep one copy of each original — no second copy. Please keep your originals.
